SHIPPING POLICY

Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.


1. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location:

West Malaysia
Standard Shipping: RM8
Free Shipping: Orders above RM80

East Malaysia
Standard Shipping: RM15
Free Shipping: Orders above RM150

Shipping fee (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods (sales, launches, festive seasons), processing time may be extended.


3. Delivery Time Estimate

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

West Malaysia: 1–4 working days
East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.


4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.


5. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable recipient

  • Failed delivery attempts

Customers will be required to pay the redelivery fee.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, Luméa is no longer liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

However, we will assist in submitting an investigation request with the courier where applicable.
