1. Product Information
What materials are your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is crafted using 925 sterling silver / gold-plated / stainless steel (edit accordingly).
Each product description specifies the exact material.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
All jewelry naturally reacts to air, moisture, sweat, and skincare products over time.
Proper care will greatly extend its shine and lifespan.
Gold-plated jewelry may fade gradually with wear — this is normal and not considered a defect.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most customers with sensitive skin can wear our pieces comfortably.
However, individual sensitivity varies and we cannot guarantee 100% allergy-free wear.
Can I wear it while showering or swimming?
We strongly recommend removing jewelry before:

Applying lotion/perfume
Water and chemicals will speed up oxidation and plating wear.

How should I store my jewelry?

How do I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft cloth to gently wipe after each wear.
Avoid alcohol, detergent, or chemical cleaners.

Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is confirmed and packed.
Please double check your details before checkout.
4. Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
East Malaysia: 4–8 working days
Delivery time may vary during peak or festive periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
West Malaysia: Free shipping above RM80
East Malaysia: Free shipping above RM150
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?
Once parcel is handed to courier, delivery is under courier’s control.
We will assist in tracking but are not liable for courier delays.
5. Exchange, Return & Refund
Do you accept returns or refunds?
For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept refunds for change of mind.
What if I received a defective item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:

We will arrange a replacement if defect is verified.
